Where are we?

We are a home-based dive service located in Citraland, Manado. This style of service gives us more flexibility without sacrificing service standard.

Is accommodation provided?

We do not provide accommodation. However, if you require any assistance, do not hesitate to let us know. We are more than happy to provide you with recommendations that will suit your preferences.

Is transportation provided?

Pick-up service is available for accommodations around Manado area only.
Please arrange your own transportation if you are staying outside Manado. If you are unsure, feel free to shoot us a message.

Is there any cancellation fee?

Cancellation policy

In the unlikely event where we have to change or cancel your reservation, you will be given a full refund.

Any cancellations that occur 48 hours or more before the scheduled booking will be fully refunded and are able to be re-booked at no additional costs to the customers.

Cancellations that occur less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking will incur a cancellation fee and will not be fully refunded

  • 50% of the total deposit will be charged for cancellations occurring within 24 - 48 hours.
  • 100% of the total deposit will be charged for cancellations on the day of the scheduled booking.

Do you have rental equipments?

Equipments are available for hire.

You will be held liable for any damage or loss caused by you. Any damage or loss of the equipment will incur additional charges.
