PADI Discovery Scuba Diver

PADI Discovery Scuba Diver

PADI Open Water Diver

PADI Open Water Diver

The world’s most popular scuba diving course which has introduced millions of people to the underwater world and certifies divers for a lifetime of scuba diving. Open water certification is the entry level scuba course accessible to everyone. This course combines diving theory, pool practice and four open water dives. Over 3 days, you will learn the science and proper scuba diving techniques that will enable you to be certified as PADI Open Water Diver - an internationally recognised certification that enables you to scuba dive anywhere in the world.

  • Day 1: Theory Presentation and 5 Confined Water Dives
  • Day 2: Open Water Dive 1 and 2 + Quiz
  • Day 3: Open Water Dive 3 and 4 + Final Exam
Included:

PADI Materials, Dive Equipment, 4 Open water dives (3 dives at Manado Bay and 1 dive at Bunaken National Park), PADI certification.

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

Unlike the PADI Open Water diver course, the AOW Diver course focuses on particular diving specialties. For this certification, you are required to do five (5) out of 26 different PADI Adventure Dives within the realm of scuba.

Of the five training dives you complete, the Deep Adventure Dive and Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive are both mandatory.

Deep Adventure Dive involves diving deeper, between 18-30 metres / 60-100 feet.

Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive teaches you proper underwater navigation skills.

As for the other three adventure dives, you get to choose what interests you the most.

During your PADI AOW Diver course, you will be accompanied by a PADI-trained professional to help you fine-tune your techniques and learn new skills.

Students in the AOW Diver course have very little classroom time and no written exams.

Why take the course?

You’ll gain more experience diving while under the supervision of an instructor. It’s an opportunity to try a sampling of different specialties to see what interests you the most.

PADI Rescue Diver

PADI Rescue Diver

The PADI Rescue Diver course is a challenging yet rewarding course with emphasis on developing your knowledge and skills to prevent and manage accidents and dive emergencies, perform rescues and provide first aid.

The PADI Rescue Diver program covers:

  • Self rescue
  • Recognizing and managing stress in other divers
  • Emergency management and equipment
  • Rescuing panicked divers
  • Rescuing unresponsive divers
Course Prerequisites:
  • 15 years or older
  • Have a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver Certification (or equivalent from another organization)
  • CPR and First aid training within the previous two years*
  • Completed Scuba Medical Questionnaire

*Emergency First Response CPR and first aid courses can be completed during Rescue Diver course.

Course Details:
  • Day 1: Rescue Exercise 1-10 in Open water
  • Day 2: 2 Rescue Scenarios
  • Day 3: EFR Course (not needed if you already have an active EFR certification)
